Carefully Curated Coffee

For you, it may only take the push of a button, the boiling of a kettle, or the grinding of the beans. There is a lot more that goes into coffee before you get to enjoy it!

Together with POPULUS, we went through the whole process of carefully tasting, roasting, and curating a coffee from start to finish. It all starts with the selection. After completing a tasting, we were in agreement that we wished to proceed with Las Lajas.

Coming from a farm in Costa Rica this roasted coffee has notes of White Grapes, Nutmeg, and Candied Lemon. The owners of the farm Francisca and Oscar are third-generation coffee farmers and are known for being the first to push the boundaries of coffee processing.

Although sourced in Costa Rica the beans are then tested, roasted, and bagged in Berlin by the team at POPULUS.

Our aim in the curation of this coffee is to allow you to enjoy this coffee wherever you are in the world… from the Moccamaster in your office to your Aeropress on top of a mountain peak.
