A love letter to Ventura

Patagonia, a mountaineering brand that dedicates everything to exploring and protecting mountains, valleys and forests, feeds off the inspiration derived from travelling and exploring new places. That being said, with more than two years of travel restrictions, the company from Ventura, California was able to devote all of its attention to the beauty of the place where it was founded. This made Patagonia realize that inspiration can be found all around you and that you don’t need to travel to find it.

You could say Patagonia’s Spring/Summer ’22 collection is one big love letter to Ventura. The colours and patterns of the collection reflect the flair of the classic Californian coastal town and its surrounding nature. For the spring and summer season, classics Patagonia pieces such as the Baggies shorts, the P-6 Mission Tees, as well as functional accessories such as backpacks and caps have been updated with Ventura’s colour palette.

Not only the inspiration but also the fight to save our planet starts in our own backyard. Patagonia is considered the pioneer of all things sustainability in the fashion industry. They not only make sure that their garments are produced in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner, but also guarantee a highly functional product that lasts for years.
