Our homie Robert Winter, photographer and vinyl enthusiast, has released his first ever photobook last Friday: (Prod.by). Robert has spent the last 10 years documenting and accompanying the local beatmaker scene, designing their covers and celebrating their festivals. He decided to preserve these memories by putting them into a book, 256 pages of colour and black & white photographs, essays, texts and interviews.
Together with some of the protagonists from the book, HHV Records contributed a suitable vinyl compilation and we celebrated the release in our HHV store. Check out some snaps of the event in our Recap.
As luck would have it, one of the artists featured in the book is our in-house creative head Martin a.k.a. V.Raeter and we were able to persuade him to put together a playlist in homage to this beautiful project. You will hear tunes by Suff Daddy , Hubert Daviz, Dexter and many more. The Hi-Hat Club is in the house!
