The Common Forage
Every year, after summer draws to a close and winter begins, something magical happens as the temperature drops and the heavens open, it only takes a short walk to see a cluster of mushrooms arising from the ground. We took to the forests of Brandenburg while staying warm and dry in Carhartt WIP to forage a selection of wild mushrooms for dinner. From oyster mushrooms to chanterelle and porcini it wasn’t long until our baskets were filled.
After returning home and taking our jackets off we got cooking.
