HHV x Novesta – Star Master 20 Years of HHV

Carefully curated since 2002! This is a tagline that HHV has stood by since the early days and our recent collaboration with Novesta truly encapsulates this.

Novesta all began in 1939 when Jan Antonin Bata opened a factory in the small town of Partizánske, Slovakia. To this day that is where you can find the Novesta production site. Early on the Star Master became the signature shoe of the Slovakian company with its vulcanized sole to ensure the shoe is prepared for all terrains.

Like a vinyl record the Star Master was built to last, when provided the opportunity to work with Novesta we knew that we had to stay classic. Working with the best materials we could get our hands on we chose an Ivory Corduroy upper vulcanized to the classic Novesta Gum Sole. The Black tongue label and Heel Tabs bring the collaboration together paying a homage to the black of a vinyl record. The heel tabs are individually marked, the left heel tag signifying the start with 2002 and the right celebrating 20 Year with 2022.

Not only does this product mark our first-ever collaboration shoe but it is the first in a line of collaborations that will be releasing in celebration of 20 Years of HHV.
