On – Innovative Design made in the Swiss Alps

Born in the Swiss Alps, On has aimed to change the world of running since its launch in 2010. The name of the brand is a tribute to the radical yet simple idea that is the central theme of the company’s philosophy. “Running ON Clouds” is the goal that the Swiss running shoe manufacturer has been pursuing since its very beginning in Zurich. To achieve this, the three founders David Allemann, Olivier Bernhard and Caspar Coppetti developed an patented innovative technology that is designed to provide the runner with soft landings and explosive take-offs, named “CloudTec”. Due to this technology, On shoes are equipped with a unique look and feature between 9 and 14 hollow spaces in the sole.

Today, On favourites like the Cloudvista are known well beyond Switzerland’s borders and are celebrated by athletes like Roger Federer as well as streetwear enthusiasts.
